- When will Tallahassee Center be complete?
We anticipate the Grand Opening of Tallahassee Center to occur mid to late Summer, 2006.
- What are the standard features of my Luxury Condominium and what upgrades will be available?
Standard features include granite counter tops, ceramic tile in kitchens and baths, full furnishings with custom-designed furniture, linens, bedding, window treatments, black appliances, washer and dryer, cookware and much more. Upgrades include a stainless steel appliance package, hardwood flooring and more.
- Who will be designing and decorating my Luxury Condominium?
The outstanding local architectural firm of Barnett Fronczak Architects has created several layouts and designs that will please all of our future Owners. Gameday Centers’ talented design team has created two interior design packages from which to choose that will reflect the warmth and sophistication of Tallahassee Center Owners.
- How many parking spaces will each Owner receive?
As currently proposed, one and two bedroom suite owners will receive one space; three bedroom suite owners will receive 2 spaces. Penthouse Owners will receive two assigned parking spaces.
- May I have pets?
Yes, Owners may have pets subject to the limitations outlined in the condominium documents. Renters will not be allowed to have pets.
- What are the Association fees?
The proposed budget, including proposed Association Fee Assessments, will be provided to you with your Condominium Documents prior to execution of your purchase contract.
- Is there security?
Yes. There will be limited access to lobby elevators and the parking garage. Security cameras will be located at various locations in the building.
- Will the building be wired for internet service?
Yes, the building will be pre-wired to provide service to each unit.
- May I rent my Luxury Condominium?
The on-site property management company will offer a voluntary, short term rental program. As for long term rentals, Owners may lease their units for one year or more subject to applicable provisions in the Tallahassee Center Condominium Documents.
- Other than residential, what uses are planned for Tallahassee Center?
Plans are being finalized for retail space inclusive of a restaurant on the property.
- At what point is my fully refundable deposit no longer refundable?
You may cancel and receive a fully refunded deposit up to 15 days after your receipt of the Condominium Documents. After 15 days, your earnest money deposit is transferred to a non-refundable depository account.
