Red Raider Gameday Center, A Luxury Sports Condominium/Hotel, is an exciting development of fully furnished condominiums that will cater to the sophisticated Red Raider sports enthusiast, local business professionals and Texas Tech Alumni. The Red Raider Gameday Center’s comfortable floor plans and close proximity to downtown attractions and Texas Tech Stadium will give you and your guests an opportunity to experience your college days again…in luxury.
2. Where is the Red Raider Gameday Center located?
The Red Raider Gameday Center, A Luxury Sports Condominium/Hotel, will be conveniently located in the downtown district, a short distance from Texas Tech's Campus and athletic facilities.
3. What uses are planned for the Red Raider Gameday Center other than residential?
Our current proposal offers over 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor.
4. When will the development be complete?
Groundbreaking is anticipated to occur in the Spring of 2007. Estimated completion of the Red Raider Gameday Center is 14-16 months following groundbreaking.
5. What has been the sales success of Gameday Centers at other schools?

6. Will my condominium increase in value?
While we do not guarantee an increase in value, other Gameday Center condominium owners have realized an average increase in their property values of 35% at resale compared to the initial offering price. The increases experienced were post-development and construction.
7. What design package will be available for my Luxury Sports Condominium?
The Red Raider Gameday Center’s talented design team is in the process of selecting fixtures, fabrics and furnishings that will reflect the Red Raider spirit, as well as the warmth and sophistication of the Red Raider Gameday Center Condominium Owners.
8. What upgrades are proposed and what is the process for upgrade selections?
Upgrade selections will be available after the purchase and sale agreements are executed. Proposed items include, but are not limited to, granite or silestone countertops, hardwood floors, crown molding and stainless steel appliances.
9. When will detailed floor plans and a building layout become available?
Proposed floor plans and the building layout are currently available. Detailed information packets will be mailed exclusively to Priority Reservation Holders prior to the “Initial Offering Condominium Selection Event” currently planned for the spring of 2007. Updated floor plans will be available to purchasers at the time of binding agreement.
10. What is included in the homeowners association dues?
Association dues will be assessed to cover operating costs, the clubroom, fitness facility, high speed internet access and security cameras. Other association details will be available at the time of binding agreement.
11. Will there be on-site management?
Yes, the homeowners association will offer on-site management.
12. Will pets be allowed in the Red Raider Luxury Sports Condominium/Hotel?
Yes, owners may have pets subject to the limitations outlined in the condominium documents. Renters will not be allowed to have pets.
13. How do I purchase a Luxury Sports Condominium/Hotel at the Red Raider Gameday Center?
Begin the process by faxing copies of your Priority Reservation Agreement and Deposit to 770.436.2644; we will date and time stamp them upon receipt. Once we have received your original Priority Reservation Agreement and Deposit, you will have completed the necessary steps to become a Red Raider Gameday Center Priority Reservation Holder. 14. When may I select my condominium?
We anticipate holding the “Initial Offering Condominium Selection Event” in the fall of 2006; you will select your condominium at this event. The event will be exclusive to Priority Reservation Holders and selections will occur in the order that Priority Reservation Agreements and Deposits were received.
